After signing paperwork, we waited to receive payment coupons or information to set up direct payment withdrawal. We never heard anything. We contacted the bank and found out the bank sent the paperwork back to the dealer because they had errors on their part of the paperwork. We contacted the dealer. They never resolved the problem. In addition, they made so many hits for requests for credit on our credit reports that our credit took over a 50 point nosedive. These requests and subsequent decrease in credit score stay on our credit report for at least 2 years. They have done nothing to address the damage caused to us. We walked away from the sale. We reccomend you run away from this dealership as fast as you can!
