My experience with this Gerber shop was very positive.
I was quite unsure of the process of repairing my car through insurance, but the staff put me at ease and reassured me. The relatively minor repairs took a long while, but that was due absolutely to slowness on the part of Subaru getting the parts to Gerber. The completed repair is excellent in appearance and functionality. You may consider me to be a "happy camper" with regards to the car and the repairs.
