The indicated one star is incorrect. The correct rating for my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass is 5 stars. The drop-off process was made very easy by a pleasant and welcoming reception staff person. I was kept informed of repair progress as well as a tentative completion date. When completed, the repair work looked great. The car had been washed, and the inside of the car was detailed - an unexpected and pleasant surprise.
