First time purcahse
This was my first new car purchase. Michael worked with me and understood my needs. I waited to get a car that met my needs and he did his best to find and get it delivered to the dealership. He worked with me to get me a great deal on a great car. I have only ever had one issue with Gerald and that was someone not following through on a phone call, however they rectified the situation and I will return. They take care of their customers which is a rare thing these days.

We do apologize for the not following through with the phone call. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control although I am glad in the end we were able to follow through.
