Great experience except the survey demands
My experience with Gerald Collision was top notch... until they began demanding that I complete their survey. I did in fact complete the survey yet this morning they flooded my email with 29 requests for a survey. That is my only reason for the 1 star rating. I had previously given them five stars.

This is Jeff Tripp from Subaru of America. Thank you for bringing awareness to the email issue. Something happened in our email system that was not sending emails, and when our IT team was working to correct the problem, something occurred where multiple reminders were sent at once. We apologize for the error. I hope that you will reconsider your star rating for Gerald Collision Center, as the shop has no involvement in the email survey process, and your negative review of your otherwise excellent experience will tarnish their reputation online.
