you specifically told me that you drove my car. impossible. i paid you $167 for a full diagnosis and you only diagnosed the apparent issues. you did NOT do a full scope inspection with points. but that’s what i paid for a full diagnostic. you also said that since you can’t “recreate” the issue that the car is fine….even though the engine light and epc light were still on. you said it was “bad luck” when i came to pickup my car i drove the car 3 miles and it shutoff. so you lied about taking for a proper drive. you must’ve started and drove down the same street your shop is on and called it good. that’s sad. and why it’s hard to trust business with people who look like me. you gladly took my money knowing you didn’t not fix nor were planning to fix the car. just having it sit up. Your communication was poor. you told me multiple times a Technician would call. and the excuse was that they were busy. what a great way to deflect. i don’t know about Geo but your other tech to me is unqualified. based on how he explained what he did. you can get away with that with people who don’t understand cars but not me. yall need to tighten up. that’s a damn shame. drove 3 dam miles….all you had to do was actually drive the dam car.
