Timely
I have utilized Genuine Automotive to service my Ram 2500 diesel. What I like about the service they provide is that they are timely. We set a time to bring in the truck and say it will take about 90 minutes. I can set my day around that. Also, they have loaner cars if I need one. The counter is help is also welcoming and helpful. As a family-owned business, I felt like they treated me like family.

Great Business
They treated me very well kept me informed about the whole process of my complete transmission replacement I was from another State over 1000 miles away. Best experience
This guys go above and beyond speciations, they got my vehicle in a very timely manner and on top of that they give me a ride home and deliver the vehicle without hesitation.
I definitely will keep this guys as my go to guys and will gladly recommend them to the rest of the coworkers, family friends!!!

Excellent Service
I had a Jeep Wrangler that had been claimed by a squirrels during a trip out of the country. GAD not only repaired the chewed up wiring harnesses, electrical connection corrosion, and battery, they noticed my inspection was out of date so I could reregister my vehicle immediately upon delivery. Cannot recommend them more!

AMAZING WORK!!!!!
Ya'll, I have not had auto maintenance managed so beautifully ever. And I am the person who just takes their car to the dealer due to trust. Genuine Auto & Diesel, earned my trust. Not only were they the hardest working team I have witnessed in some time, but they were super inclusive. I mean, they had insurance help me work with my insurance to get coverage for a bumper within minutes. They diagnosed my car while I was there and got me into a loaner (free, yo!!!) while they worked on my car. Wonderfully worked on my car. It runs like a gem now. Ya'll this was the smoothest, most comprehensive care my car has seen from a local. Be sure to check out Genuine Automotive and Diesel.

Oil change took 1.5 hours
We have used GA & D for years for all our vehicle repairs. I made an appointment first 1 pm to get my oil changed. Got there just before 1. Told them I was waiting for the vehicle. At 2:15 I HAD TO ASK why it was taking so long. Front desk person went back and asks about it. FINALLY got my car at 2:30. They didn’t seem to care either which really was frustrating. 1.5 hour oil change, not acceptable. I also have been given a 10% loyalty/bni discount for all work, and that did not happen either. Lastly I asked them to check an area that’s loose on the truck, felt blown off about it. Like they didn’t even try to help. I have referred them a lot online and to friends, and am loyal.

Sure fix
I’ve taken my truck to multiple different shops trying to get my truck properly fixed for a (trailer wiring issue). Other shops diagnosed this as the problem. Dwayne and Katie took care of me, and after the 2nd trip in, they found the real issue (glow plugs) I’m very appreciative of what they did for me and my truck, that I will recommend them to anyone that needs to have their vehicle serviced!
