I went for a teeth cleaning appointment with Jessica. I had been seeing Eunice for years and never had a problem. I am a new patient of Jessica. I told her before we got started that l had TMJ and my teeth were very sensitive. I told her that 3 teeth in particular were very very sensitive and please do not use the scaler on those 3 teeth.. Jessica, unfortunately did whatever she pleased. Once the numbing gel wore off l had horrendous pain in those 3 teeth and it triggered off a bad case of TMJ. Please l do hope at my next appointment with Jessica, that she pay closer attention to my needs and do what I ask. Thank you
