I had a couple of issues with purchase of Genesis GV70 at the Woodbridge Genesis.
- New vehicle registration process was not clear with plate transfer and emission inspection when delivery of new vehicle; the dealer told me to contact the DMV about it. However a week later, the dealer sent me an email attachment of Virginia Motor Vechicle Registration. The expiration date of this registration shows 09/30/21. New vehicle takes emission inspection 2 months after purchase.
- The dealer sent me a copy of cancelation information for 4 year oil change maintenance. Hope PNC bank adjust monthly payment accordingly.
Although new vehicle delivery process was not transparent at the time of purchase, the general manager exerted all his powers to make it clear.
