I just closed on a three year lease on a 2019 G80 3.3 Turbo. I love this automobile. My previous two leases were also Genesis vehicles, a 2013 and then a 2016. My current G80 has incredible looks, outstanding cabin comfort and the driving experience is anything and everything one would or could want. Smooth on the highway. Acceleration that provides both pleasure and safety in heavy traffic. As for the Navigation System, Sound System, Bluetooth or any other part of the Technological Amenities, this vehicle has it all.
The dealership from Sales, to Service, to Finance to the Cashier is and always has been attentive, knowledgable and professional.
I recommend but get pricing from other dealers then let them beat the best price. My best price was originally from another Hall dealer. So Hall still had the best price. Good customer service for 3 years with a Genesis lease except today I turned in my 2019 with 75 miles to get the Armor Appearance Proctection plan and they gave me a dirty G80 Ultimate for a loaner. They offered to wash it but I did not have time. It should have been clean and ready for me.
We went to 2 different dealerships and Kyle at this dealership was a tremendous help to us. We were interested in the G70 and frankly the other dealership did very little to try to help us or even sell us. Kyle came across very well and his feedback to our questions felt genuine. He listened to what we were looking for and explained our options. He essentially is the reason we purchased the vehicle that same night. Kevin and Levi were very nice and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend them. The only ding I give them is that it took way too long to clear our paperwork the next day and the heavy push for purchasing additional coverage. If things had gone more quickly and the constant back and forth on coverage hadn't gone so long, this dealership would have gotten a 5 star experience from us.
