Horrible experience TRYING to give Genesis of West Houston my money. You would think they want to sell Genesis vehicles as a relatively new line. They would only honor the agreed upon price if I purchased a $2,000 protection plan from them. The manager Jordon Booker told me himself. I couldn’t buy the car without the additional, unwanted protection plan. Another salesman on the lot also not helpful. All this when I’m placing a very large down payment. Ridiculous company. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
