I found everything during my service to be reasonably priced. I gave them a list of concerns I had and they checked everything, without question, and followed up.
Joey (my service assistant) was great and super responsive. He gave me a fair idea of how long it would take and followed up via phone on the service.
I left my car and had a friend pick me up, so I can't speak to the environment or amenities, but the quality of service (by all accounts) was great, and the prices seemed really reasonable, especially given that I was getting the service preformed by a dealer.
The only thing I wish they had done is to update my genesis record online, which it appears they didn't. Otherwise, I feel very confident knowing they are my go-to dealer.
