Finance Manager, Danny Williams is a snake

While in the finance office signing paperwork my husband and I both told Danny more than once that we didn’t want any of the extended warranties he was offering. We signed paperwork got the GV70 and went home. Looking at paperwork the next day I noticed my total financed amount was over $3,000 higher than it was suppposed to be. Flipped through the papers and saw extra warranties were added. Reached out to him to resolve this issue. He sends me a blank cancellation form, that had been halfass scanned and saved as a PDF for me to fill out. Definitely not official enough looking to satisfy what I was wanting accomplished. I emailed him back and told him this was not my mistake and I was not filling that paper out. I needed to see something filled out by him stating the credit to the bank as well as any interest incurred due to this mistake. He called my husband and says he’s going to cancel the whole contract and redo it. It’s been a week and a half and still nothing.
