Atrocious

One part that sold me on Genesis was the service and valet service. Unfortunately, Genesis of Vancouver doesn't seem to receive online appointments so when I was expecting to receive valet service today, nobody arrived. I called and was told that they don't receive online orders, even though I had a confirmation number. Driving to the dealership for an appointment during the week is out of the question due to having a job. Being able to have service completed on a weekend is out of the question, since Genesis of Vancouver does not offer weekend service. This the first dealership that I have heard of that does not offer weekend service or live up to their slogan on their website "Service you can Trust". How do they expect working people get their $80k vehicles serviced? They have definitely lost a repeat customer to their atrocious service.

Thanks for speaking to me on the phone, I believe we have the situation taken care of. Again, I am sorry that the confirmation was missed on our end. My Valet driver is on her way back, as soon as she gets here which will be around noon, I will send her your way.

just checking to see if you ever found a rescore from Genesis so that they knew I took care of your vehicle and that the staff treated you well. Thanks again, they said they sent it out on the 1st of March....
