Beginning to end, my experience with Z genesis of Vancouver was great! Scott did an awesome job taking me through the process.
Every time I get into my 2022 Genesis G80,
Its an awesome experience in clearly the best vehicle I've ever bought and experienced.. It truly is as they say " ATHETIC ELEGANCE".

Best new car purchase experience
Genesis of Vancouver were friendly and knowledgeable about the GV70. They were not pushy on the financing. I just wish the front license plate was attached as I am having trouble attaching it.

I was able to get a car that is difficult to obtain
Vancouver Genesis was able to obtain for me, from the factory a Genesis GV80. This has proven to be a difficult vehicle to obtain. After taking ownership, I under stand why the vehicle is so popular. At this point all aspects of this vehicle are extremely impressive. The staff at Vancouver Genesis was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The purchase process was very uncomplicated. The sales associate, Peter Gregg was vey kind and helpful, throughout the entire buying process. I really like the car and the dealership.

Best new car purchase experience ever!
The staff at Genesis of Vancouver were not only friendly, but very knowledgeable about their product. From the time we walked onto the lot to the time we drove off in our new GV80, we were treated like royalty. It was a very exciting experience! A special thanks to Gary and Jim, our salesmen.

2021 gv80 fuel leak
My new 2021 gv80, with less than 250 miles, has a fuel leak noticeable in cabin & engin compartment. I tried to schedule a warranty appointment only to be notified by “Debbie”, the service representative that it would be two to three weeks to get the car scheduled for analysis and three months to get service. Also, no “loaner” vehicles available. This is the worst dealership in the Genesis family. Do not go to this dealership. It is a real life ripoff! I was forced to tow vehicle to Genesis of Bend to get service at a cost to me of $400.
