From the time I stepped into this dealership I felt like it was being run like a cheap used car lot. The Genesis salesman told our greeter -John he was way too busy to help us,so that’s when John tried but had little to no clue about answering questions on vehicle.I said I was interested in purchasing vehicle and was told someone would contact me as well as several times calling him /texting and expressing interest in a purchase to No avail,when Corporate contacted me and asked how things were going I replied not good and I explained I wanted to purchase vehicle and it wasn’t happening.Afterwards I magically get a call from a sales Mgr who makes an offer on trade in as well as price and says I will call you later to go over everything and never calls me!Of course when I go back to dealership car is sold already.So yeah do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere this place sucks…..
