We purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80. The car has had electronic issues since purchase. The car has been there multiple times. Being a luxury cat buyer we expected a loaner equal to the GV80 But was issued a used car that smelled like cigarettes. We have had this car now about 6 months and still not repaired. We got Genesis involved and either they are unable to deal with Stamford Genesis or they do not want to. In either case I have left several messages for Jay the service manager and I am still waiting for a return call. There is a lot more but I can say for the $80,000+ head to a true luxury brand.
