Poor Service Department Communication and Follow-up
Pretty bad customer service experience as it relates to their service department. The sales team is REALLY quick to call you back when you want to buy a car but when it comes time to get it serviced - they are absolutely horrible at calling you back, communicating, and follow-up.
I would not buy a vehicle from a organization that does not make the same effort to help you keep it running well as they do to sell it to you.
