Constant poor communication and no loaners available
When we purchased the car the experience was exceptional. The quality of the car is exceptional. The quality of the service is horrendous. I cant say the service work they do is bad per say. I can say that they don't answer the phone. They don't return calls. They run out of loaners all the time. They tell you one thing then something else happens completely. Next car will be a Lexus. Of maybe Lindsey Lexus can start selling genesis. The learned how to compete on the quality of the car but not on the service end.
