Like all others have stated. Genesis promises all kinds of service perks when purchasing your vehicle. Once purchased, you will quickly learn that none of what they promised exists. Not even the Genesis Concierge could get ahold of a dealer to schedule my routine service. I had to schedule my service manually. And Genesis Valet? Yeah right. I had to take the vehicle in myself, navigate a narrow parking lot with 0 parking, and wait in a waiting room that was located in a trailer.. Super "Luxury".. Do better Genesis.
