My husband called the service department over a week ago to schedule An oil change for our 2021 Genesis. When we purchased the car last year our sales rep Chris assured us that they would provide complimentary pick up and return of our car even though we lived over 2 hours away. They provided that service the first 2 oil changes and even brought us another Genesis to drive. Wow! Now they won’t return our calls to schedule. I even called Monday and left a message with a service guy to no avail. No return call. It is our assumption they do not want to provide the pickup “perk” promised to us at the initial purchase. Promises are promises even though Chris no longer works at the dealership. My high recommendations of this dealership has fallen to a whole new low.
