Customer for life
I have bought 7 cars at Patrick Hyundai. My latest addition was this past week. They have taken care of my entire family for more than a decade. Top notch service, always trying to understand my needs and wants and working with me to achieve them. Convenient location with a grade A selection of cars and SUV’s. I am a customer for life! Oh and Manny is a great representative for the outstanding folks at Patrick. Do yourself a favor go see him and let him help you get into a great vehicle.
The purchase process went great. I am contemplating another purchase for a family member very soon. The associate was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend him and the GV80.

terrible service department
I gave the dealership 2 stars instead of the one they truly deserve because the new service manager seems nice and was apologetic. After genesis of Lake Bluff closed, my service dealer was changed to Schaumburg.
Genesis is sold under the idea of better service. They consistently did not show up for valet appointments they made, did not complete promised services, and did not provide promised estimates. This happened on 3 occasions until I finally decided to just sell my genesis altogether. I have had a hyundai or genesis for 21 years. Due to the service and warranty issues I will no longer be their customer.
Took very long time to purchase the car at the dealership
Took 3 hours of waiting to purchase my car. I think dealers should make an appointment for Genesis customers so they do not have to sit and wait for extended periods of time.
