This review is to provide accolades to Mr. Adolfo Barnech of the Genesis service department. Upon presenting my car for its initial service apointment I was assigned to Mr. Barnech. We inroduced ourselves to each other. He welcomed me to Fitzgerald and told me of the process for intake of vehicles, servicing, and delivery. The process was as he explained and I was placed in a rental and picked up my vehicle the next day. On one occasion after picking up my vehice, I looked under my hood when I returned home to find that a couple of items were out of place or missing. I returned the vehicle the next day and explained the issue to Mr. Barnech. He wanted to see the compaint. He and I walked to the vehicle and he immediately took the vehicle to the shop to correct the issue while I waited. The issue was corrected and I have had no other complaints. Upon arriving at the service desk you are greeted by all the service advisors who offer assistance and get you to the right person, however, this review is about the expert advice, professionalism, and stella perforemance of Mr. Barnech in addressing his customers and making you feel good about tghe experirnce.
