I have my Genesis to Fitzgerald Genesis of Rockville many times in the past with no issues or complaints. They usually provide such great service. However, on Tuesday 11/4 I was scheduled for service since my oil light keeps coming on. I was told they wouldn't be able to tell me the issue for a week. No loaner car is available and I was told to pay for my own rental if I needed a car. Today I went and picked up my car & will get it serviced elsewhere. I'm so unhappy withis this level of cu'stomer service! Previously owned a Lexus so I know what excellent customer service is like. This is not it.
