Bought my 2019 G80 from this dealer. When calling for an appointment for service, usually get scheduled 2 months later. Had 3 complimentary valet service calls so far. Supposed to vacuum car but never seem to do so. Tried to get my 4th service after 3 years but again have to wait 2 months. So no longer using them. Either they don't have enough people working or not interested in giving service. My nearby auto repair shops in Homer Glen are much more responsive.
