The last time I was in for service I needed a new cabin air filter. When I picked up my car the service rep said they were out of filters and someone would call me when they came in. That was last June and to date I haven't received a call. In addition, on the receipt I received it shows the filter as being replaced. On 12/28 I called to make a service appointment and was told there were no appointments available until March 7!
