my wife and i have purchased over 30 new cars,trucks and motorcycles in our lives...purchasing the GV 80 Genesis took all of 3-4 minutes...the financing took less then 20 minutes...the salesman and his supervisor were extremely personable and knowledgeable...the vehicle is sumptuously appointed and designed...safety features are state of the art...performance outstanding...in one word or less,luxurious !

The WORST Dealership for car services!
This is the worst dealership ever! I brought in my Genesis G80 for the roof rattling noise issue two times. They held my car two days for the first time and a month for the second time. In both times, they acknowledged there was a rattling noise but kept giving me excuse after excuse (they had an Engineer to look at the issue but they couldn’t fix it). Instead of telling me they didn’t have the capability to fix it, they told me to reach out to Genesis USA if I had further inquiry on this issue. Of course, I did reach out to Genesis USA and was told that they would find me another Dealership to have my car fix. As you are a big dealership, Boch Huyndai Genesis, you should be more respectful and more honest with your customers.
Marshall is honest, trustworthy and dedicated to elevating the experience. He knows the car, no pressure and provides great personal touches through out the experience.
People were so nice and accommodating. The purchase experience was flawless but the facilities themselves leave a lot to be desired. I understand they are moving to new facilities soon so perhaps that part will be as good as the people are and as good as the car is(which is very good).
I didn't start out looking for a Genesis for a replacement car for my 5.0 Mustang but after initial research, it's where the reviews and specs lead me. After looking at the Kia Stinger because it seemed like a good sporty car to replace the Ford, I saw reviews that made connections with the Stinger and the Genesis. Both have the same available 3.3 turbo engine. Although the 5.0 had 429 HP, the 3.3 has 365. After driving it, I knew this was a very good replacement and with MY ever growing age thought the Genesis was a much more mature auto than the more sporty looking Kia (just my feeling). So, I went in search of a dealership that would give me the best deal on the Genesis while respecting my low mileage, well cared for, Mustang. Genesis of Norwood did both from my first visit. After shopping around (which I like to do), Boch turned out to be the best deal. The best part is the sales staff that is extremely helpful. If you get a chance, talk to Marshall Jean,. Friendly and knowledgeable without applying any pressure, he makes it a relaxing process...when it usually isn't. Not everyone has the same experience, but mine was especially good and hope you have the same.
