Not even a real Genesis dealership. They are basically a piece of fancyish carpet in the dusty corner of a Hyundai Kia dealer that is known for horrible service. The staff was rude, pushy and the car I came to look at they claimed was on the lot I later discovered had been sold 3 weeks prior. So I decided to go buy a Mercedes and never deal with another Page Auto Group dealer ever. Now I see why your body shop has such horrible reviews and your VW dealer has been sued multiple times. And I really should not mention this but I will anyway, you Audi and Honda dealers have been accused of racial profiling and discriminating against same sex couples, black people, and women for years.
We received great service. Chad helped locate the car we wanted from another dealership and then they arranged for delivery. The vehicle arrived much sooner than we expected.
It is fine,but separate freestanding Genesis dealership is badly needed.

Does not honor commitments
Upon purchasing my Genesis, they stated they'd continue to provide the 3 years service/pickup/return for free, even though I was just outside their undocumented rule of being within 45 miles. Less than 11 months later, they now refuse to honor their promise. I asked about meeting them part of the way, they still refused. Do not waste your time with this company. Part of purchasing a Genesis was because of the 3 year service, but it is no longer valid. I will never purchase a Genesis again nor will I recommend a Genesis again because of this dealership.

So far, so good ....
I've owned Mercedes and Acuras in the past and know what their aftersales service is like, from very good to impeccable. For Genesis, I am in uncharted waters. No, no separate fancy service areas like other premium brands. When I called one so called Genesis dealer near me in southside (Genesis of South Richmond), they were no help at all, totally useless. After I told them I was having car trouble, they didn't ask me to elaborate but told me their next available scheduled appoitment was a month away. Therefore, I called Genesis of North Richmond. I left a message and service rep called me back right away and connected me with Hyundai Roadside Assistance to get it towed there. Because they had to order parts, it took several days to get the car repaired but had the repair done at no charge under OEM warranty. Nothing fancy, just good solid service.
I was about to purchase a new G80 in January 2018 when I became aware that the G70 was scheduled to be introduced to the US in the Spring of 2018. I followed closely the process of the Genesis launch to its own dealer network, (including delays) and was excited to finally have the opportunity to purchase a G70 when the cars were available in Virginia. Unfortunately, the dealers closest to me did not have the exact configuration I desired. When I discovered the exact G70 I wanted was at Genesis of North Richmond (about 90 miles from my home), I called and began my experience with Bill Morrissey. He made every step in the process not only painless but actually a very enjoyable experience. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the G70 and he made every effort to inform me of all of the vast features of the car. Additionally, Finance Manager Derrick Jones was delightful to deal with. I never thought I would say that about an automobile finance manager. I only wish I lived closer to this dealership so I could have them service my car, but hopefully when I decide which local dealer will become my servicing dealer, I will have the same good experience I had with Bill and the folks at Genesis of North Richmond.
