The service department is a joke. I called to have my GV80 get its last scheduled service under the warranty but was told it was eleven days over the warranty period. I did not receive any notification that it was due for service until after the warranty period. The people at the dealership are not helpful and seem to be only focused on Hyundai vehicles. When I previously had a loner vehicle it was filthy inside and out. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. I would never do business with this vehicle again.
