On the way home after a previous oil service appointment the shroud covering the oil pan came loose and began dragging on the roadway. Apparently a fastener was left undone. Then on this occasion (24,000 mile service) the car was returned with a heavy coating of grease/oil on the leather steering wheel. Apparently the service tech (Kuczajda) didn’t care enough to wash his hands or wear gloves. Will not return for any further service at Genesis of Norman.
