Sonja Kuczajda was absolutely fantastic. She was the best car salesperson I’ve ever worked with. I received VIP treatment from the first time we spoke on the phone until the day we finally met and drove away in my new GV80. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact, she focused on my needs and on how she could provide the vehicle I wanted. Even the financing experience was great. I’ve avoided dealer-provided financing because of awful experiences in the past, but this was professional and pressure free. I look forward to future purchases at Genesis of Norman.
