Completely incompetent but that’s what I should have expected buying from a “luxury” Hyundai dealership. Horrendous communication from these guys on the purchase of my last car… still waiting on a $7000 check for taxes and $250 for a detail (they delivered the car out of state absolutely filthy… there was still food on the seats in the back). 30 days after the deal they still haven’t paid off my trade in (got collections calling me now), and no check in hand for the other items. Left multiple VMs.
