Forget about getting a loaner

Southtowne never has a loaner vehicle for when I drop my car off for service, which is a selling feature of the brand. They schedule appointments for weeks in advance because they never have an available time slot within reason. They have had my car twice now for a vibration in the driveline and they are yet to fix it. First time they balanced the tires without even checking to see if that was the issue or not. Second time, they kept it for 2 days and "couldn't detect" a vibration so they did nothing. I had to research the issue myself, told them about it, and still waiting on them to do anything about it.
