Like going to your family for service
As always I am greeted at the door with a smile. I know that valet service is available but the in person experience is so gratifying that unless i am pressed for time I like to take it in in person. All my questions answered, the car maintained, cleaned and best of all I KNOW all was done professionally, safely, and that all boxes were checked. All the staff run like a well oiled machine. trustworthy and thorough service experience
I live in Tampa however I only take my Genesis to Hyundai NPR as I consistently received very thorough attention to my vehicle and realistic an accurate recommendations for improving the operation of my vehicle. I have never felt that I was being sold down the road for Unnecessary repairs. Repair work has always been completed in an excellent manner.

Perfect all around!
I love my Genesis GV80! The car sent me a message that I needed standard service and called immediately to schedule. I live in Dunedin and NPR Hyundai picked my car up while leaving a loaner. Justin my service advisor contacted me several times while they had my car. They completed all scheduled maintenance and took care of a tiny safety re-call I was unaware of, filled the tank and polished her up before sending her home. PERFECT!

Genesis of NPR is at the top of their game!
As always Barry Roach took top notch care of my car and as always put me at ease knowing that my GV80 was being treated as well as i was. I never have to give a second thought that all will be done right. Peace of mind!
We were the 3rd customer when they first opened many years ago, we have been more than satisfied with not only the quality of the 15 different cars we have purchased from this dealer but we have recommended at least 20 friends and relatives who have also purchased their cars from them too. Good service and loyalty to customers is something they take very seriously and it shows from the owners all the way to the receptionist how they treat everyone with respect and concern. Barry Roach and his team of magicians have taken care of every need we have had on all our vehicles we bought from Hyundai/Genesis of New Port Richey. I have never had a concern that my cars or my families cars weren't serviced honestly and accurately all these years. Thank you all for my PEACE OF MIND!

Customer service done right
My experience at Genesis of New Port Richie was unique in that the staff was clear, knowledgeable and sincere. Sean Singh and Bill his salesperson were simply an awesome team working together to ensure that I was as happy on the way out as I was on the way in. I got exactly what I wanted and was happy how we reached a price point that was comfortable for all parties. The Happy Place to buy a vehicle.

I love everything about this dealership from the greeting you get at the door to all the staff having a happy, positive and friendly attitude.
