still waiting for a "call you right back". 21/2 hours no call
Received a safety. recall notice- called Genesis of melbourne- they switched me to service- gave my phone number ,name and car ID- he confirmed all the date and put me on hold- after a while came back on and said that he would have someone else give me a call in a few minutes- - it has been 2 1/2 hours no call- I just called again- the person answering the phone was very "snippy"" give me you phone number, who is your advisor". then she told me who it was- but I couldn't understand her-she switched me to that persons phone number- got a recording that the person was gone for the day- she came back on the line and asked if I was ok , I said I will speak with anyone- she said hold on- I waited for 5 minutes t- then hung up- wasted a lot of my time- the few times I have been in for service have not been pleasant- waited in my car in line for over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time- I like my car but not your service
