I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and Corvettes. Genesis of Melbourne service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV70 from Genesis Of Melbourne in December 2023. At the time of my purchase I asked about service and I was assured service would not be an issue at this Hyundai dealer selling Genesis. I have found it impossible to speak to a Genesis service representative at this dealership. I complained to Genesis Motors and a representative recommended I drive 40 miles to a different dealer for service. Unacceptable. Due to lack of service at this dealership, I have decided to get rid of my GV70. Great car, terrible dealer service. Based on my experience with Genesis Of Melbourne, I do not recommend doing business with them.
