If giving no stars was an option I would! What I witness today by Roberto Fleites (Fixed Operations Director) was unbelievable. I was a witness to the most unprofessional hostile manger I have ever witness in my life. The behavior of Mr. Fleites was unacceptable and Genesis of Melbourne should be very embarrassed of his representation of their dealership. A dissatisfied customer requested to get further assistance from the manger (him) believing that his questions would be answered but this never happened because the opportunity never came. Immediately upon Mr. Fleites entering the service center he aggressively told the customer to give him the keys to loaner rental, get his car leave and that they will not service him or his car. It escalated immediately. All the customer in the lobby and in the service center witness the most chaotic exchange between the customer and manger. Would anyone expect this from someone in a managerial position? His demeanor was hostile and antagonizing. I will be reaching out to the general manager and I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate. With hopes that this will be handled in the proper manner.
