service has gone down hill
I call to speak to someone in service, no one every answers it keeps ringing back to the front desk, they ask if I want to leave a message, ( what is the point) i finally do leave a message for service and no one ever calls me back... I know they are not that busy that they can not return phone calls. It took me 1 month to get an appointment to bring my car in, in the past within an hour or so they would come tell you what the problem is with your car, well not anymore. My appointment was at 9am, I got there at 8am. at 10:30am I went and asked for an update, the guy was like I dont know its still back there being checked out. he was not busy and could have gone to ask, so I went back to the waiting room. 12:30 people who had come after me had come and gone I was still waiting finally I saw them bring my car around it took another 30 minutes for someone to tell me they would have to order parts and I was free to go, a week past no one called to tell me my parts had come in, so I called to check, they were in but now I have to wait an additional month to bring my car in to be repaired. I left a message for service to call me, still no call back. the not returning calls has been going on since May 2021, we are now in November.
