They did a great job addressing all of my concerns in a timely manner. They stood by their product!!! And the service representative was very cooperative and helpful. They gave me a refund!!!!

Too many customers to handle at once, the wait time was long.
Workers need to check to see if the problem is fixed or not! They were so busy I don't think they checked any thing out when they finished.
