The service took longer than initially expected. The waiting area was average. Could be much better. Amenities are limited.
My sales person did not have the knowledge I expected of the car I purchased. He should know how everything works and take whatever time necessary to go over them until the buyer feels comfortable. I had to come back to see Kristina to go over all the cars features and sign me up for the connect service.
