This is a follow up to my previous review about the Genesis service experience. Right after I posted that review, Roger, the service manager, called me personally to ask about my experience and to ask me specifically what my issues were.
I told him why I was disappointed, and he listened. He didn't get defensive or offer excuses. He just asked me for the chance to make things right. And that's exactly what he did.
My interactions with the Genesis dealership since writing that review have been nothing but positive, and I think that reflects very well on them.
While my initial experience with the Genesis service desk was disappointing, they've really changed my mind, and I'm convinced that Roger wants to make sure that everyone has a positive experience with him and his staff.
I really appreciate everything they've done for me.
