In my original review, I asked if it were possible that they promised things but did not actually follow through.
It might be "possible" but it sure wasn't true. There was definitely follow up and above and beyond effort to resolve our issue.
I'm pleased to be able to say I was wrong.

Sales good, service bad?
In reply to our review of our vehicle delivery experience, the service manager said he would be in touch "today." No such contact has happened.
Could it be that promises to correct things are made but not actually followed through on? Could this be why the sales department has such good reviews but service not so much?
Is this the image Genesis wants to be projecting?

Sorry for the delay. I reached out to the sales department on Monday as they would be the ones to make the corrections. The Genesis sales manager is Mitch Garnett, I will talk to him at 9am today.
