My service appointment was quick. I was her because my usual dealer quick selling Genesis. I was met as soon as I open my car door and confirmed I was here for my third free service call. I waited in the service guest room , read a few pages in a book I had brought and was advised the service was done. I signed out and walked outside and picked up my freshly washed car. No problems. That's the way I like my service.
