I set up an appointment through the Genesis app for 7am on March 22, 2023 to get the oil changed for my 2023 G70. I arrived about 10 minutes late. The guy at the counter was rude. I was told that the service people that serviced Genesis would not be in until 8. And also told that my vehicle did not need an oil change until it reached 8000 miles. I told the guy that the car is telling me it needed an oil change. I was not heard and ignored I felt. The guy insisted the car didn't need an oil change until 8000 miles. I left upset. When I returned home I contacted the Genesis dealership in Corona. I was told that my car indeed needed an oil change. The friendly women on phone set me up an appointment immediately. My car was picked up yesterday. I write this to say what if I had listened to this guy and waited another 2000 miles to get my car serviced? Terrible customer service. Needless to say I will never bring my car back to Loma Linda Genesis again. Untrustworthy and not very knowledgeable. I would give their services department 0 stars if I could. I purchased my car there and had a very pleasant experience with Reza. Never again
