I'm a Sales Professional. Never a good idea to lie to customers - the first thing the Sales Manager says is a lie.
Someone needs to tell Phu Ho this. Not sure who the new owners are but the sales purge was a big mistake. I bought my G80 from the last team and had a great experience. Tried to trade in my G80 for a GV70 today - I will do it soon but not with these guys.

I was surprised at the small size of the showroom and the cramped offices. I guess I expected more from a Genesis dealer. I'm assuming in time Allen will improve as sales increase. Compared to other Genesis dealers it wasn't impressive.

Best Auto Transaction Ever
I walked in with a printed copy of the Genesis corporate deal...they had the car I wanted...they offered several alternatives I picked the one that was best for me...we negotiated the end of lease deal on my G80...we shook hands...most efficient transaction ever.

An nejoyable experience
I went to Allen Genesis since they had the exact color and model I wanted. Not a fan of other dealership visits, I was more than pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendliness and customer service at Allen Genesis. Although I ran into an unusually longer than average wait to get the paperwork completed, I went home in my new G70 very happy with this dealership experience. Thanks to Gilbert to looking after me with a great deal!
