While everyone is impacted by the pandemic, I understand they are not able to offer Genesis Concierge services due to staffing. However, I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and they provided a courtesy vehicle. I returned to the dealership an hour later, without notification, thinking it would be done or close to completed. I was informed then that the dealership did not have an oil filter for my vehicle and is in the process of obtaining a filter from another dealership. I found disheartening, due to scheduling the service weeks in advance. The whole experience took almost 3 hours and was never notified when the vehicle was finally finished. I would’ve preferred some notification rather than spending half my day waiting on an oil change.
