Service was very bad and did not listen to customer or follow up on the problem. My service advisor called me telling my vehicle is ready and I asked ,did they checked everything that was stated on the paperwork. He paused. Right then I told him you not sure . This is the 2nd time and it was done. Now he saying there is a part needs to be order to fix my car 2021 Genesis. I told him ok just communicate with me. My service advisor Issac Espinoza and also Spoke to the service mgr. Service mgr. Josh Pallo and still the same from both. I still haven't got my vehicle yet and they claim its ready and I asked for the service diver to pick me up so I can get due to the company do not have car loaners. They excuse is don't call please text them both. I also done that and still no communication. This is Kendall Hyundai (Genesis). Miami Fl.
