Worst service department I have ever dealt with at what is supposed to be a premium brand. They don't honor the Genesis loaner agreement. Genesis offers a valet service where they pick up the car and leave you a loaner when the car is in service. Here you don't get a loaner even if you drop off the car. Also, the advisors are lazy and don't care. Genesis should pull their dealer license!!!
