The dealership was not prepared to be a luxury brand dealership when it was Freeman……the Genesis experience was a Hyundai experience. Norm Reeves ownership unfortunately hasn’t changed the situation. They are currently not offering concierge service (which is marketed as a benefit when you purchase a new Genesis) and they can’t tell you when they will offer it. If you want your Genesis serviced you need to drop the car off and figure out your own transportation! Seriously? Unfortunately Genesis USA’ response is “use another dealership”. Back to the Germans for my next SUV.
