First of all, I’d like to start off by saying you are the reason that I will never and have never bought a brand new car. But what I went through with you over a simple tag light… you’re a mechanic ruined the battery that was in my car. I’m sure he shorted it out. But let me almost leave that parking lot going back to Florence, for some reason I stopped before I turned out on university, and I went back and looked in the trunk to make sure at least you put mine back in there, and not some hokey something another, that’s when I saw there was no battery in my car! If those guys thought I threw a fit when I discovered that , well, if I discovered it after I had drove all the way to Florence… I’ll just leave the rest of your imagination! God come out of the service door they’re talking about communication communication. Yeah, there was a communication problem. All right just a piss, poor outfit that AI that you have you need to get rid of it!! The positive thing that came out of this was, that you help me to decide on what to do with my car now that I don’t have a Decent shop here , you’re certainly not one over there ! My Genesis will be sold ASAP! Oh, by the way, my battery was still under full warranty, they replaced it FREE!!! I will spread the word here in the Shoals about you!! Your nothing but crooks!!?
